Best Time to Visit Mt. Siguniang
The best time to visit Mt.Siguniang is July & August, you can enjoy the sea of flower at the Mt.Siguniang, such as brocade. Summer time is a ideal time to feel the cool temperature, you can spend your leisure time along the valleys. Autum is also a good time to visit Mt.Siguniang, you can enjoy the colorful mountain scenery. Try to avoid the Chinese holiday to visit, such as Labor's day (first week of May), National holiday (first week of Oct.),

Spring (March-May)

Summer (June-August)
The average temperature in Siguniang Mountain in summer is 8 degrees to 20 degrees. The temperature difference between day and night is small. The sun is strong during the day and the night is cooler. The weather here is unpredictable, but can get as high as 30?C during the day. Raining and thunderstorms are common in summer. Summer is regarded as the most beautiful season since there are full of the colorful azaleas sea, if you visit Mount Siguniang at the May 4th- 6th of Chinese lunar calender, you can join in the local cultural activities with local people.

Autumn ( September- November)
Autumn is from September to November, the weather in Mt.Siguniang is changeable, the temperature is high during the daytime and cold at night. The average temperature for autumn is about 6 ?. During the autumn, the sky looks like a piece of earth sapphire. White fluffy clouds, red, orange, golden leaves and lofty snow mountains reflect on the surface of clam water. You can enjoy the colorful natural scenery and is one of the best hiking seasons.

Winter (December -February)
The temperature is pretty cold during the winter in Mt.Siguniang, especially January is the month with the lowest temperature and precipitation in the whole year. The average temperature for winter is about - 2 ?. It is a cold and dry season, with night-time temperatures dropping to as low as -10?C is common in this area, and even to colder temperatures in the mountains. The temperature in daytime usually hovers around 0?C. Winter also is a season with the beautiful snow scenery, you will immerse yourself into the white snow world as well as try some interesting winter activities with your family or friends.

What to Pack for Mt.Siguniang Tour

Spring
If you travel during spring, you should prepare wear down jacket, antiskid climbing shoes and underwear with good perspiration performance since Mt.Siguniang With high average altitude and frequent snow in these months. Spring is a dry season, it's cold but with strong sunlight, we suggest you prepare the sunglasses, sunscreen, hat.

Summer
Travel to Mt.Siguniang, you should bring the several T-shirts and pants, light coats and comfortable hiking shoes. Great temperature difference between day and night, it much cooler if you planning camping in Mt.Siguniang. Summer sunlight and ultraviolet rays are very strong, so you should prepare the sunglasses, sunhat, sunscreen and umbrella. Rain-jacket is also needed because summer is rainy season in Mt. Siguniang.

Autumn
Autumn weather is changeable, it is necessary to bring different thickness of clothes. It is better to take a sweater, thin clothes, and take a coat for the morning and evening. Sunglasses and hats are still necessary for UV protection.

Winter
Visit Mt.Siguniang during winter, you should definitely prepare the down jacket, thick wool pants, socks, hat, scarf gloves, comfortable walking shoes and more. And you'd better take the sunglasses to prevent the snow blindness.
