1. Hotpot: You can't come to Sichuan without trying hotpot, one of the most famous and most popular meals in China. Hotpot, also called Huo Guo in Sichuan starts with a broth filled with chili, chili oil, and local peppercorns. This giant bowl of soup is placed in your table and the rest of the meal is up to you.
