Overview

There are many Tibetan Buddhism sects in Danba county. Among the five major sects, Gelug religion (yellow Religion), Ningma religion (red religion), Kaju religion (white religion), Sakya religion (flower Religion) and benzene wave religion (Bon Religion) are all distributed. Han Buddhism and Taoism also had some influence in Danba. Before that, there were 53 temples in the county, including 14 Gelug religion temple, 18 Benzene Wave religion temple, 17 Ningma religion temple, Sakya religion temple and 2 mixed temple. Since 1982, 26 temples have been approved for opening up, including the Yellow Temple seat, the red temple 9, the Bon Temple 10, and the mixed Temple 1. There are 35 existing temples, including Murdo temple, song'an temple, Liran temple, Yanwo temple, Buke temple, Heijing temple and Huangjing temple, among which Murdo temple is the most famous.

Horse Racing

Wrestling
