Transfer to your hotel in Guilin for checking in. The rest day is free on your own to explore Guilin city or take rest in your room.
After breakfast, starts your Guilin tour at The Elephant Trunk Hill, it is one of the four top attractions in Guilin that all visitors coming to town usually stop by. Regarded as the symbol of Guilin city, the site is the most famous karstic hill formation out of the many rising straight out of the ground throughout the city.
Next, you will visit the Reed Flute Cave, being a city of wonders that ranks on the top list of destinations for its numerous heaven-like landscapes, Guilin is without any doubts the city where to enjoy different kinds of sceneries among which the enigmatic Reed Flute Cave is one of the most renowned one. It is a wonderful place where you can take the karst landscape in Guilin city.
In the afternoon, to discover something more about the history of Daxu. You will then have a chance to visit a local crafts workshop and see how local people make Chinese lanterns, paint the monkey mask or lion head. And also you will hear from local family about their life and work.
After the tour, you will be taken back to your hotel in Guilin.
After breakfast, our guide will take you go for a sightseeing along the Li River. Guilin is famous for its picturesque scenery, and the best way to see it is from the deck of Li River Cruise ships. In the morning you will depart from your hotel and be transferred to the Zhujiang Pier (about 1 hour drive) for a 4.5 hours wonderful cruise. You will enjoy the unique mountains, peaceful green fields, farms and villages with water buffalos, cows wondering around on both sides of the river bank.
In the afternoon you will disembark at the old town Yangshuo. Having a history of more than 1,400 years, West Street is the oldest street in Yangshuo. You will have some time to explore the old town's lovely attractions. If the weather permits, you can enjoy theh sunset scenery of the Li River before drive you back to Yangshuo hotel.
After the tour, you will be taken back to your hotel in Yangshuo.
Get up in the early morning, our guide will take you to climb up to the top of Xianggong Hill so you can take beautiful photographs of Li River sunrise at the fisrt bend of the Li River, when the river running through the karst mountains and ancient villages in mist. It is amazing when the sun rising from the karst mountains, and it just looks like a beautiful traditional Chinese ink painting.
After that, drive you to Long Sheng County which is featured with rich and elegant folk customs. We will take the country road and arrive at Dragon's Back bone Rice Terraces which have been called "an absolute one under the heaven and the first one in the world”. The magnificent terraces look like silver belt in sprit, green wave in summer, golden tower in fall and dragon plays in water in winter.
In the afternoon, spend your time to explore the Yao and Zhuang Minority Village where you can feel the real life of locals, learn about the ethnic culture there. You will experience the village of Red Yao people's community, which is surrounded by beautiful forests.
After the tour, you will be taken back to your hotel in Guilin.
Free on your own to explore Guilin city until transfer to Guilin train station or Guilin airport for your next tourist destination.
