Booked this tour to get an overall impression of Chengdu and the pandas, as my time was limited. Alice picked me up from the hotel with a driver and explained everything very clearly, providing lots of insights. Our first stop was the magnificent Leshan Giant Buddha, where I marveled at the impressive craftsmanship of this monumental statue. Next, we ventured to Mount Emei, enjoying its stunning landscapes and rich cultural significance. The highlight of the day was the giant panda breeding, where I got a great view of both the giant and small pandas, and I was able to see many of them. Although it was crowded, we navigated quite smoothly. After that, we took a relaxing walk through Renmin Park, where we enjoyed some delicious tea, which was a perfect way to conclude an interesting day. Finally, we explored Kuanzhai Alley, soaking in its vibrant atmosphere.
